The Wind's Loathing

Swoosh! It goes by,

Never got to say "Hi",

Didn't have time for a bye,

So I ask, Why?

Sometimes cold, Sometimes warm,

Sometimes dry, Sometimes storm,

Then I go to snuggle up in my dorm,

Hoping you don't become enorm.

Oh yes, I remember,

I do! I do!

You stayed till December,

But went when I got the flu.

You soar so high!
Up! Up! Up in the sky,
But why? But why?
Do you make me sigh?

Why give me the hard ache?
Please do awake,
And see that I'm not a fake,
The real snake is Jealous Jake.

Let me see the summer beam,
Let me joyfully scream,
As hard as it may seem,
Don't send off any steam,
